A variety of dishes with vegan alternatives to many staples of what you would find at most common Chinese restaurants. A wide variety of seitan-based dishes are available, including “The No-Name,” battered pieces of seitan in sweet & sour sauce that will leave you in a food coma after consumption. They also offer slices of their own homemade vegan cheesecake for $3.50 a slice, which I did not get to sample upon my visit there as they were fresh out.
